Michigan lawmakers look to enable DNA testing upon arrest following U.S. Supreme Court ruling

The recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling on DNA testing at arrest is soon to make an appearance in Michigan.  Michigan Senate Judiciary Committee approved a bill package that would allow DNA testing upon an arrest for a felony.  Read the article to learn more.
